1. General Policy
We aim to deliver the best Arabic learning experience. However, we understand situations may arise where you need to cancel or request a refund. This policy outlines our guidelines for refunds and cancellations.
2. Pre-Recorded Courses
– No refunds are available once a pre-recorded course has been purchased, as full lifetime access is granted immediately.
– We recommend reviewing the course preview/demo session before purchasing.
3. Live Group Classes
– Refunds are allowed only before the course begins.
– If a refund is requested after the free book PDF has been sent, the value of the book may be deducted from the refund.
– No refunds will be processed once the course has started, except in rare and approved situations.
– In special cases, a student may be allowed to transfer to a later batch instead of cancellation.
4. 1-on-1 Private Classes
– Refunds are allowed only if no class has been conducted yet.
– Once a session has taken place, no refund will be granted for that session.
– Students may reschedule their booked sessions with at least 12Â hours’Â notice.

6. Processing Time
Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7 business days through the original payment method used at checkout.
