– Live group classes via Zoom
– 1-on-1 private Arabic sessions
PDF learning materials and assessments
All courses focus on the spoken Gulf Arabic dialect, not Modern Standard Arabic.
3. Enrollment and Access
– Enrollment is complete upon successful payment.
– Access to pre-recorded content is granted instantly and remains available for lifetime.
– For live classes, links and schedules will be shared via WhatsApp or email.
4. User Responsibilities
By enrolling, you agree:
– Not to share your course access or content with others.
– To attend live sessions on time (if enrolled in group or 1-on-1 programs).
– To complete assigned quizzes or tests if part of your course package.
– To use respectful language and behavior when engaging with instructors or support teams.
5. Intellectual Property
All course content, including videos, quizzes, handouts, books, and images, are the intellectual property of Al Masud Academy Ltd. You may not reproduce, share, or distribute any content without written permission.
6. Payment Terms
Course fees are clearly listed on the website and must be paid in full unless installment plans are agreed upon.Accepted payment methods include Debit/Credit Cards, PayPal, Bank Transfers (UAE/Qatar/Oman), Fawran (Qatar), and Apple Pay.All prices are in USD or as stated on the checkout page.
7. Refund and Cancellation

– Live classes: Refund available before the course begins.
– Pre-recorded courses: Non-refundable after purchase.
– 1-on-1 classes: Refund allowed only if no session has been conducted.
– We reserve the right to decline refund requests that fall outside the term

– No refund will be issued in such cases.

10. Certificate of Completion
Students who meet course requirements and pass final evaluations will receive a certificate issued by Al Masud Academy. A minimum of 70% is required to qualify for certification.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the English courts.
